鋼丸填充殼型線(簡稱殼型線),適用于采用殼型工藝(即采用覆膜砂) 生產砂型,并以鐵丸或干砂為充填物用以支撐砂型來完成鑄件的生產。主要用于生產高質量的鑄件。采用殼型工藝生產的砂型具有強度高、 透氣性好、潰散性好等優點,生產的鑄件具有很高的幾何精度和尺寸精度,可顯著地減少鑄件的鑄造缺陷、提高鑄件的內在質量、降低鑄件的廢品率。
殼型線的設備構成
殼型線主要由步進式澆注冷卻線單元、落砂及丸砂分離單元、鋼丸降溫、除塵單元和殼型線控制系統等五部分組成。
(一)步進式澆注冷卻線單元
主要由填鐵丸機、振實臺、殼型輸送機和開式輸送線等部分組成。
(二)落砂及丸砂分離單元
主要由翻箱機、振動落砂機、振動輸送篩分機、斗式提升機、滾筒篩、直線振動細篩、 冷卻滾筒、噴水系統、帶式輸送機、廢砂儲存斗和各種溜管等部分組成。
(三) 鐵丸冷卻儲存單元
鐵丸冷卻儲存單元主要由鐵丸冷卻裝置、鏈式斗式提升機、冷卻輸送滾筒、噴水控制系統、鐵丸儲存冷卻斗等部分組成。
(四)除塵單元
除塵單元主要由除塵系統和通風系統組成。除塵系統主要由除塵器、離心式風機、塵源點吸塵罩、除塵管道和風量調節閘門等部分組成。
(五)控制單元
控制單元主要由電源總開關,及PLC邏輯控制,及人工界面觸摸屏,及各單機開關箱組成。

Shell line equipment

(1) Step-type pouring cooling line unit
It is mainly composed of iron filling machine, vibrating table, shell conveyor and open conveying line.
(2) Falling sand and shot sand separation unit
Mainly by the box-turning machine, vibrating falling machine, vibrating conveying sieving machine, bucket hoist, drum screen, linear vibrating fine screen, cooling drum, water spray system, belt conveyor, waste sand storage bucket and various slide tubes Part of the composition.
(3) Iron pellet cooling storage unit
The iron pellet cooling storage unit is mainly composed of an iron pellet cooling device, a chain bucket elevator, a cooling conveyor roller, a water spray control system, an iron pellet storage cooling bucket and the like.

The dust removal unit is mainly composed of a dust removal system and a ventilation system. The dust removal system mainly consists of a dust collector, a centrifugal fan, a dust source dust collecting hood, a dust removing pipe and a air volume adjusting gate.
(5) Control unit
The control unit is mainly composed of a power main switch, a PLC logic control, a manual interface touch screen, and a single switch box.
