(1) The construction in progress shall not be carried out directly under the overhead line of external power, the erection of operation shed, the construction of living facilities or the stacking of components, scaffolding, materials and other sundries.

(3)施工現(xiàn)場的機動車道與外電架空線路交叉時，架空線路的最低點與路面的最小垂直距離應(yīng)符合表2規(guī)定。

(4)起重機嚴禁越過無防護設(shè)施的外電架空線路作業(yè)。在外電架空線路附近吊裝時，起重機的任何部位或被吊物邊緣在最大偏斜時與架空線路邊線的最小安全距離應(yīng)符合表3規(guī)定。

(4) The crane is forbidden to cross the overhead line without protective facilities. When hoisting the overhead line or overhead line, the maximum distance between the overhead line and the overhead line should be in accordance with the provisions of the safety meter.

(5)施工現(xiàn)場開挖溝槽邊緣與外電埋地電纜溝槽邊緣之間的距離不得小于0.5m。

(5) The distance between the edge of the trench excavated at the construction site and the edge of the trench for buried external power cables shall not be less than 0.5m.

(6)當達不到第(2)～(4)條中的規(guī)定時，必須采取絕緣隔離防護措施，并應(yīng)懸掛醒目的警告標志。

(7)防護設(shè)施宜采用木，竹或其他絕緣材料搭設(shè)，不宜采用鋼管等金屬材料搭設(shè)。防護設(shè)施應(yīng)堅固、穩(wěn)定，且對外電線路的隔離防護應(yīng)達到IP30級。

(8)架設(shè)防護設(shè)施時，必須經(jīng)有關(guān)部門批準，采用線路暫時停電或其他可靠的安全技術(shù)措施并應(yīng)有電氣工程技術(shù)人員和專職安全人員監(jiān)護。

(8) When erecting protective facilities, approval must be obtained from relevant departments, temporary power failure of lines or other reliable safety technical measures shall be adopted, and electrical engineering technicians and full-time safety personnel shall be responsible for monitoring.
