進口保溫止回閥工作原理:
進口保溫止回閥通常用在輸送常溫下會凝固的高粘度介質,保溫止回閥的夾套焊裝于閥門的兩法蘭之間,閥門的側面或底部設置有夾套的連接口,可自由的接入循環蒸汽、導熱油或其它能保溫保溫介質,確保粘稠介質可順暢地通過閥門。具有良好的保溫保冷特性,同時又能有效降低管路中介質熱量損失。保溫夾套止回閥采用整體式夾套結構設計,更能均勻地保溫、保冷,夾套采用碳素鋼管焊接比鑄造的更加耐壓牢固。 夾套、閥體外側與夾套接管焊接,允許蒸汽或冷水的*壓力為1MPa。
Working principle of imported Insulation check valve:
The imported Thermal Insulation check valve is usually used to transport high viscosity medium which will solidify at normal temperature. The jacket of the thermal insulation check valve is welded between the two flanges of the valve. The side or bottom of the valve is provided with a connection port of the jacket, which can freely access the circulating steam, heat transfer oil or other thermal insulation medium to ensure that the viscous medium can pass through the valve smoothly. It has good heat and cold insulation characteristics, and can effectively reduce the heat loss of medium in the pipeline. The check valve with insulation jacket adopts integral jacket structure design, which can keep heat and cold more evenly. The jacket is welded with carbon steel pipe, which is more pressure resistant and firm than casting. The jacket, the outside of the valve body and the jacket pipe are welded, and the maximum allowable pressure of steam or cold water is 1MPa.
