現在臺灣在使用自動對邊機的已經普級化了 , 從以前最早期的氣油壓式自動對邊機 , 到現在的電眼
式油壓對邊機及電眼式馬達驅動器自動對邊機 .
The Automatic Edge Position control machine in Taiwan has been common used for a long
time. From the hydraulic-pneumatic type in the earlier period to the hydraulic-pneumatic
Edge in EPC Sensor Position control and EPC Sensor motors till now.
因為現在傳統的氣壓式自動對邊機在臺灣使用已經有十幾年以上的時間 , 漸漸有許多的客戶在反
應 , 氣油壓式自動對邊機的缺點如下 .
Because the barometric type Automatic Edge Position control has been used for more than ten
years in Taiwan, the reaction given to by customers grow gradually. The defects of such type
machine as follows:
(1). 油箱體積大且笨重,不易安裝在機臺內部 .
(1). The fuel tank physical volume is big and bulky, not easily set up in inner part of the
machine.
(2). 氣壓式檢出器會在佔空間、設計組裝困難(許多場合無法使用例如:布、網眼等透氣材質或材
料本身有棉絮或粉塵).
(2). The barometric type detector will occupy the space of the machine and has difficult in
design and assembling. (It is unable to use in many situations, for example: well
ventilated material such as cloth, mesh of net, or material has fluffed cotton or dust on
the face of it.)
(3). 氣油壓式有噪音及油壓的污染問題 .
(3). Annoy hydraulic-pneumatic type machine has the problems of noisy and environmental
pollution in use.
(4). 耗件多(如碳刷片、膜片、電磁閥濾心、油品),不易拆裝保養,且維修費用高 .
(4). The utilization of consumptive materials is a lot (such as the carbon brushes slice, the
membrane, electromagnetism valve Filter heart, oil article , etc.), not easily to give
maintain service, and the cost for maintain is too high.
(5). 傳統控制線路,耗費材料工時,故障率高 .
(5). Using the traditional control circuit costs a lot of materials and labor hours, and has
high defect rate.
(6). 外觀簡陋、搭配機器時,破壞機器整體質感 .
(6). The appearance is rough, not suitable for attached machine and diminishes the good
quality of the machine.
以上的種種問題是現在氣油壓式自動對邊機無法改善的問題 , 所以越來越多的客戶開始改用進口
的自動對邊機 , 改善傳統對邊機的問題 .
Because the above various problems that the hydraulic-pneumatic type Automatic
Edge Position control still can’t improve now, more and more customers start to use
the Automatic Edge Position control instead, so that could improve the quality of the
traditional type of Edge Position control and solve the problems it has now.

信之諾糾偏控制器、電眼、推動器實物圖展示:
糾偏注意事項
a、全面檢查機械密封,以及附屬裝置和管線安裝是否齊全,是否符合技術要求。
b、機械密封啟動前進行靜壓試驗,檢查機械密封是否有泄漏現象。若泄漏較多,應查清原因設法消除。如仍無效,則應拆卸檢查并重新安裝。一般靜壓試驗壓力用2~3公斤/平方厘米。
c、按泵旋向盤車,檢查是否輕快均勻。如盤車吃力或不動時,則應檢查裝配尺寸是否錯誤,安裝是否合理。
安裝與停運
a、啟動前應保持密封腔內充滿液體。對于輸送凝固的介質時,應用蒸氣將密封腔加熱使介質熔化。啟動前必須盤車,以防止突然啟動而造成軟環碎裂。
b、對于利用泵外封油系統的機械密封,應先啟動封油系統。停車后最后停止封油系統。
c、熱油泵停運后不能馬上停止封油腔及端面密封的冷卻水,應待端面密封處油溫降到80度以下時,才可以停止冷卻水,以免損壞密封零件。
運轉
a、泵啟動后若有輕微泄漏現象,應觀察一段時間。如連續運行4小時,泄漏量仍不減小,則應停泵檢查。
b、泵的操作壓力應平穩,壓力波動不大于1公斤/平方厘米。
c、泵在運轉中,應避免發生抽空現象,以免造成密封面干摩擦及密封破壞。
d、密封情況要經常檢查。運轉中,當其泄漏超過標準時,重質油不大于5滴/分,輕質油不大于10/分,如2-3日內仍無好轉趨勢,則應停泵栓查密封裝置。
