Product overview
LLWZ懸臂式臥式螺旋沉降過濾離心機是一種連續操作的沉降過濾式離心機。其具有處理能力大,能耗低,性能穩定,分離效果好等特點。它可在全速運轉時對懸浮液進行連續地進料,沉降、洗滌,脫水和卸料,是目前國內外固液分離機械中構造新穎、技術先進、高效低耗的分離設備。該機型廣泛應用于化工、食品、鹽、采礦、制藥等行業。
LLWZCantilever Typehorizontal spiral sedimentation filtering centrifuge is a kind of sedimentation filtering centrifuge that can be continuously operated. It has characteristics such as: large capacity, low energy consumption, stable performance, good separation effect, and so on. It can conduct continuous charging, sedimentation, washing, dehydration and discharging to the suspension at full speed. It is a separation equipment with novel structure, advanced technology, high efficiency and low energy consumption of the solid-liquid separation machines at home and abroad. This type of centrifuge is widely used in industries such as chemicals, food, salt, mining, and pharmacy.
- 2. 工作原理
Operational Principle
主機轉鼓起動運轉正常后,料液從進料管進入內轉鼓(螺旋體)內腔,由于離心力場的作用,料液從內腔出液口均勻流入外轉鼓沉降區內腔,液相經沉降區溢流口溢出,固相則由螺旋與外轉鼓的差速,將物料推向螺旋的小端進入過濾端,再經過濾端的濾網孔隙將物料中剩余的液體進行過濾并排出機體。固相則被截留在濾網內側,再由螺旋葉片逐一推向出料口,從出料口排出。
When the host drum starts to operate, the feed solution goes into the drum cavity(the spiral) from the feed pipe. The feed solution flows into the cavity of the outer drum subsidence area equably from the inner cavity liquid outlet. The liquid phase overflows from overflow port in the subsidence area while the solid phase is pushed to the filter tip from the small part of the spiral because of the speed difference between the spiral and the outer drum. Then the remaining liquid is filtered and discharged through the sieve porosity of the filter tip. And the solid is trapped inside the filter, and then it is released to the outlet port by the spiral blades one by one and it is discharged from the outlet port.
注:如有洗滌工藝要求時,在螺旋將物料推向出料口的同時進行洗滌,能達到較好的洗滌效果。
Notes: if there is a requirement of washing process, the feed solution is washed when it is pushed to the outlet port by spiral blades and a better washing effect can be achieved.
2.適用范圍 Scope of Application
該機適應范圍廣、對物料的適應性強,應用行業廣泛:如乙二酸、乙二胺、對硝基苯胺、三氯異氰脲酸、聚氯乙烯、磷酸銨、硫酸銨、硫酸銅、富馬酸、碳酸鈉、硫酸鈉、草酸、芒硝、檸檬酸、AH-鹽、結晶蘇打、大蘇打、上等蘇打、乳糖、蔬菜、塑料顆粒等產品的固液分離。
其主要適用范圍:
1.分離的顆粒直徑一般為0.05~10mm,范圍在0.3~2mm的顆粒,效果尤佳;
2.分離形狀為線狀及晶體狀的固體效果較好;
3.懸浮液和沉積固體的分離;
This equipment is widely used and it has strong adaptability to materiel. It is widely used in many industries. It has been successfully used in the solid-liquid separation of many products, such as: dicarboxyl, ethylenediamine, paranitroanilinum, trichloroisocyanuric acid, polyvinyl chloride, ammonium phosphate, ammonium sulfate, copper sulfate, fumaric acid, sodium carbonate, sodium sulfate, oxalic acid, Glauber's salt, citric acid,A-Hsalt, crystallization soda, sodium thiosulfate, upper soda, lactose, vegetables, plastic particlesand so on.
Main application range:
1. The separated particle diameter is generally 0.05 ~ 10mm. Better effects can be achieved when the particle diameter is 0.3~2mm.
2. It is better separated when the solid is linear or crystal.
3. The separation of suspension and deposited solids.
注意:本機可使用于一般防爆要求的場合,主機可改用防爆型異步電動機。不適用于易燃易爆物料的分離或在防爆要求較高的場合。
如客戶需分離易燃易爆的物料或在防爆要求較高的場合使用,在訂合同時必須明確分離介質的性質、防爆要求及采用何種防爆措施。
需要說明的是,對于離心機的生產能力,與所分離物料的理化性質(如粘度、流動性、含固量)、生產工藝、操作工人的熟練程度、離心機啟動和制動方式的選用等有直接的關系。
Attention: this equipment can be used in a occasion of general explosion-proof requirement. The main engine is changed to explosion proof asynchronous motor. It is not suitable for the separation of flammable and explosive materials or in the occasion of high explosion-proof requirement.
If the client want it to be used in the separation of flammable and explosive materials or in the occasion of high explosion-proof requirement, the nature of the separated medium, explosion-proof requirements and explosion-proof measures must be clear when signing the contract.
It needs to be explained that the production capacity of the centrifuge has direct relationship with the physical and chemical properties of the material (such as viscosity, liquidity, solid content)、production engineering、skilled degree of operating workers、the selection of the starting and braking modes of the centrifuge.
5.結構簡述Structure description
LLWZ懸臂式離心機主要由機座部件、主軸部件、外轉鼓部件、內螺旋部件、機殼部件、進料管、洗滌管、門蓋部件、電機部件、差速器及扭矩保護器等組成。具體結構見圖一。
LLWZCantilever Typecentrifuge is mainly comprised of engine base, principal axis, outer drum, inner spiral, casing, feeding pipe, washing pipe, door cover, motor, differential mechanism and torque protector. Concrete structure is shown in Figure 1.
