防濺帶描述
Anti splashing tape is For preventing outbreak of a fire caused by a splash of combustible oil, such as fuel oil, lubricating oil, etc. from oil pipes connected to an engine or a generator in a ship's engine room. Amended SOLAS regulation IIU-2/15.2.11 stipulate that oil fuel line shall be screened or otherwise suitably protected to avoid as far as practicable oil spray or oil leakage onto hot surfaces, into machinery air intakes, or other sources of ignition. Pipings, valves, pressure gauges, or any other auxiliary parts become loose due to vibration, fatigue, deterioration of material, excess tension, and tend to be damaged with a pinhole or crack. Covering with this anti-splashing tape to protect the exhaust pipe and other high temperature equipments from being exposed to splashes of combustible oil and preventing possible occurrence of a fire. The tape consists of aramid woven cloth superimposed with aluminium foil on both sides, and an adhesive agent is applied to one side and covered by a separator film.

防濺帶特點：
經修訂的《海上人命安全公約》第IIU-2/15.2.11條規定，應屏蔽或以其他方式適當保護燃油管路，以盡可能避免燃油噴射或泄漏到熱表面、機械進氣口或其他火源。管道、閥門、壓力表或任何其他輔助零件因振動、疲勞、材料劣化、過度張力而松動，并容易因針孔或裂紋而損壞。用該防濺膠帶覆蓋，以保護排氣管和其他高溫設備免受可燃油的飛濺，并防止可能發生的火災。膠帶由兩側疊有鋁箔的芳綸織物組成，一面涂有粘合劑，并由隔離膜覆蓋。當正確應用時，膠帶可承受18 kgf/cm2的顯著壓力。
防濺帶應用：
管道、閥門、壓力表或任何其他輔助零件因振動、疲勞、材料劣化、過度張力而松動，并容易因針孔或裂紋而損壞。用該防濺膠帶覆蓋，以保護排氣管和其他高溫設備免受可燃油的飛濺，并防止可能發生的火災。
