①零件的形狀復雜、變形程度較大時，應采用多道次成形。如果一次成形，可能會因為變形量過大破壞涂層的附著力。

②加工時應根據模具形狀、變形特點、工藝條件等因素設定合適的間隙，間隙設定時應考慮涂層的厚度。

③加工時產生的切VI斷面易發生腐蝕，因此應采取必要的防護措施，如涂防護涂料、嵌橡膠封條等。

④加工時應盡量減少切斷面的毛刺，防止毛刺劃傷表面。

⑤應盡可能采用工廠預先裝配然后再送現場進行安裝的施工方式，安裝時應采取保護措施防止損壞涂層。

⑥加工時如發現涂層表面破損應及時采用專門用的修補涂料進行修補，防止破損處發生腐蝕。
