Automatic bag unpacking equipment (ABUE)is an intelligent bag unpacking machine for powder and granular materials. This machine has advanced structure, large unpacking capacity, good effect, reliable work and convenient maintenance. PLC automatic control technology is adopted, and the number of unpacking can be set according to the shaking time. It can be connected with upstream and downstream equipment. It is applicable to new energy, petrochemical, metallurgy, medicine, food, light industry, building materials and other industries.

自動拆包機通過滾筒輸送機將整托盤的料垛輸送到拆包機的抓包區域，拆包機的抓包機構下降逐層抓取整層包袋，并提升后水平移動整層包裝袋到切刀裝置進行破袋，破袋后物料經過抖袋裝置抖落到下料斗中，空袋進入廢袋收集器，經擠壓后輸出。

ABUE conveys the material stack to the bag grabbing area of the ABUE by the roller conveyor. The bag grabbing mechanism of the ABUE will grab the bags layer by layer, then moves the whole layer of bags horizontally to the cutter device to break the bags. After breaking the bags, the materials will fall into the lower hopper through the bag shaking device, and the empty bags will enter the waste bag collector, which will be output after being squeezed
