4.小轉(zhuǎn)盤單獨(dú)由一個(gè)電機(jī)帶動(dòng)，轉(zhuǎn)速由變頻器作無級(jí)調(diào)速，噴槍組采用固定結(jié)構(gòu)，可調(diào)節(jié)噴射距離、角度以達(dá)到最佳噴砂效果。

5.噴頭可任意擺動(dòng)，能調(diào)節(jié)速度及出砂量，大轉(zhuǎn)盤采用接近開關(guān)控制定位，定位精準(zhǔn)，每次旋轉(zhuǎn)一個(gè)工位90°,每個(gè)工位清理1個(gè)工件,可間歇連續(xù)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作

6.本機(jī)配有上旋風(fēng)分離器，能將可繼續(xù)使用的磨料和無用的粉塵進(jìn)行自動(dòng)分離保存，因此磨料可循環(huán)使用，從而大大降低磨料消耗，做到節(jié)約成本.
